Postage – IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

We use a combination of Royal Mail & Parcel Force and Hermes

Where possible we post all of our products out the same day that are received Monday to Friday by 3pm, unless they have to be cut or 3D printed.

At check-out if you are presented with MORE than one shipping option, make sure you selected the highest.  That will ensure we can post your products.  If when we actually post the items and the postage cost is less then you have paid you will be refunded.

This happens when a product is just upon the threshold of either a weight limit of product size.  Each time this happens, not often, we look at our shipping option to see if we can fine tune them to prevent this happening.

We are not here to make a few pounds of shipping your goods.

Large Fr4 Sheets

The large sheets for Fr4 ,450 x 600mm are dispatched via Parcel Force, as they are to large for Royal Mail.  These get posted by 2.30 Pm.  Orders recieved by Noon should be posted the same day.  The service that we offer is the 48 hours one.  This does not include the day you placed the order on.  Ie if you order on Monday expect to receive your order on Wednesday.  If you place the order on Thursday expect to receive your order on Monday.  If you place on a Friday expect to recite you good on Wednesday Parcel Force do not delivery over the weekend.

Royal Mail First Class

Most of are packets are sent out using the Royal Mail first class service, as this is normally the cheapest method.  The delivery normally take 1 to 2 days but this is NOT guaranteed.

We recommend that you select a postage option that includes “COVER” if offered.  Having your packet insured for the sake of a few extra pounds will ensure that should a packet go missing that we are able to send out another one quickly.

If you decide to use a “NO COVER” option should things go missing then this will delay use sending out a repeat order to you by several weeks as the lost has to be investigated via Royal mail.

Lost Mail

Should Royal Mail fail to deliver your order within 15 days, then they will consider the goods as lost and we can process a claim for you.

UK Special Delivery

Should you require and order urgently then we can offer Special Delivery, though it is not always offer automatically within or store.  You should call use on 07851191921 to confirm that Special Delivery is possible for your order.

For UK main land this service guarantees arrival by 1pm the next day. (For Northern island, Scotland and the Channel Islands this will take longer).

This service give you cover £500 of insurance cover.  Should things go missing claims are dealt with, within 7 working days.

Occasionally we use other providers like Hermers and DPD.  All of these would be sent fully tracked and insured.
