Carbon Fibre Cutting
We stock two ranges of 3K Twill carbon fibre both with a semi gloss finish both sides. We can quickly obtain Matte and other colours as required.
Plate thickness’s of 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4 & 5mm upto 700 x 1100mm. We also can quick order in an special requirements that you should request. Our CNC router has a bed size of 940 x 880mm.
All of our routed parts are ready to use as we clean the dust off and lighty wet sand the edges as required.
Unlike many other companies one off designs are no problems. We will treat you the same as if we were cutting a small productuion run.
The services we offer are:-
- CAD design, turning your sketches into a computer file and CNC data files.
- Custom carbon fiber routering to your requirements (DXF files are perfect for us to use).
- Prototyping design service
How to proceed:
- Either call us or forward your design to sales@gaatech.com we like to work from DXF of PDF files.
- If you forward your design files we will provided a quotation.
- Pay for your design online to be cut HERE. We accept PayPal and Credit Card online payment.
- Your parts will be cut and dsipatched.
